Adding CRM Integration to Accession Communicator

  • Log into Commportal as an administrator: https://eastportal.magna5global.com/bg/ or https://westportal.magna5global.com/bg/
  • In the left menu, click on phones.
  • Click on “Manage your Phone Profiles”.
  • On the bottom left, click on “Create New Profile”.
  • Click on Accession Communicator for Desktop.
  • When Manage your phones comes up, click Edit under Accession Communicator.
  • Expand UC Integration in the menu.
  • Expand Enabled Services and click yes for CRM Services Enabled.
  • Expand CRM Service 1.
  • Click Yes next to Enabled.
  • Enter the Name of the CRM.
  • Enter the custom URL for CRM.
  • Click Save Changes.
  • Users will need to restart the Accession application for the changes to take place.
