How do I setup an account on the MyMagna5 Portal?

MyMagna5 Customer Portal https://portal.magna5global.com

As a Magna5 customer, you have access to our MyMagna5 portal. This portal gives you the ability to:

  • View your invoice history
  • Process a credit card payment on your account
  • Sign up for paperless billing
  • Pull invoice trend and call record reports
  • Open new support tickets
  • View your support ticket history
  • Chat with a representative

Signing up is easy – you just need a copy of your most recent Magna5 invoice. Instructions for signing up can be found by clicking here. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer care team at 1-844-4MAGNA5.

If you don’t already have a MyMagna5 account:

  1. Go to https://portal.magna5global.com
  2. Click on Not Registered? Click Here!
  3. Enter your email address, customer ID and an invoice number from a recent statement.
  4. Click Register for Access.
  5. A password will be emailed to you.  You will be able to change your password when you log onto MyMagna5 for the first time.
