If your Zixmail license expired and you just purchased a renewal you will want to take the following steps to update your license.
- Open Outlook
- Click on ZixMail tab
- Click on ZixSignature Manager
- Highlight your email signature
- Click on Update Status
- The status should change to Active
- Once in Active status you are ready to send encrypted emails again
