There are several ways to work with the Magna5 IT Operations Center & Help Desk. Our team is available 24/7/365 from our SOC2 Compliant Operations Center.

Open a ticket from the portal
You can login to our IT Managed Services ticketing portal to open a ticket, view existing tickets, and track projects. Magna5 IT Services Support Portal
Chat with the Help Desk
Our Help Desk is available 24/7/365, this is available for all clients with a contract for Help Desk support. Chat with the Help Desk
Email the Operations Center or Help Desk
The Network Operations Center and Help Desk are both available 24/7/365. You can submit a ticket by emailing ITsupport@magna5global.com for issues with systems, network, or in response to a monitoring alert. For the Help Desk you can email helpdesk@magna5global.com .
Call into the Operations Center & Help Desk
For more urgent issues, you can call into the 24/7/365 Operations Center & Help Desk. The IT Services direct phone number is 833-3IT-HELP (833-334-8435), please select the appropriate option to ensure you are routed to the correct support group.
