Update Azure Multi Factor Authentication

Below are the step-by-step instructions to update MFA after setup.  If you have any issues please let us know or reach out to the help desk. If you have not yet setup MFA and need to do so, please see the following procedure.

1. Log into the Office365 portal (https://portal.office.com) and attempt to log in with your email address and password.

2. Once signed in, click the portrait at the top-right of your account and select “My account” from the drop down.


3. Select “Security & privacy” from the left menu.

4. Select “Additional security verification” from the right menu.

5. From the menus that become available you may either update the associated phone number for you multi-factor authentication, and passwords for apps.
