Customers configuring their DNS records for Zix encryption should make the following DNS additions(does not affect current service).

These are the DNS records(2) that you will need to add in order for your Zix encryption to work:
The MX records are for the subdomain, ‘zixvpm’, of your root domain name.
Both records should be set to the same priority, although what that priority is does not matter. The resulting change should look similar to the below screenshot at https://mxtoolbox.com/
If you have a TXT record that starts with v=spf1 insert include:activehost.com after the v=spf1, like v=spf1 include:activehost.com WhateverWasHereBefore
These can be added at anytime as they do not affect current service.
