Disable Accession Desktop from ringing inbound calls

You can set up Accession Communicator to not ring on your desktop or laptop, and use it just for click-to-dial from your desk phone.  Please follow the below instructions to make this change:

Mactintosh users:

1. Click on Accession Communicator, and select Tools > Options or Accession Communicator > Preferences.
2. Click on the Calls button.
3. For Make calls using, select click to dial.  This will give you the ability to click to dial a contact (will ring back to your desk phone) from the contacts list.
4. Click Turn off Direct calling.

 Windows users:

1. Click on Tools > Options.
2. Click on the Calls tab.
3. For Make calls using, select click to dial.  This will give you the ability to click to dial a contact (will ring back to your desk phone) from the contacts list.
